Use a pc. of 1" wire loom from a local stereo shop ( They will probably give it to you ) 
It snaps over the decals and you can remove it later if you need to acess this information. We use a couple of wire ties ( optional ) just to ensure it doesn't move around . 
Most people don't even notice it is there . Everyone notices the white decals !
